Lacy Roberson

Lacy serves as Director of Land at Chief Energy, where she leads the land team in overseeing mineral, royalty, and non-operated assets across all managed entities in major U.S. basins. Lacy began her career at ConocoPhillips, where she managed both operated and non-operated leasehold assets across the Bakken and Eagle Ford basins.

In 2017, she joined Chief Energy as a Landman supporting TD Minerals and Chief Capital (O&G) II and later served as Land Manager following the company’s expansion into managing PEC assets. With a strong foundation in land management and asset oversight, Lacy plays a critical role in advancing the company’s portfolio and operational strategy.

Lacy holds a degree in Energy Commerce with Honors from Texas Tech University.
